  1. IT architect for IBM Industry Solution Center construction. ISC is a briefing center that hosts customer shows, presentations and demos, focused on vertical industry solutions. Industries covered are telecom, retail, public sector, consumer packaged goods, petroquimical and other. Definition of IT aspects of the center, datacenter policies, cabling, network topology, security, sizing, equipment quotation, etc.
  2. Industry solution architect responsible for receiving industry solutions in the center.
• IBM Linux Impact Team :: Linux Market Developer :: 2001-09 - 2007-12
  
  1. Linux solutions sales. Interaction with customers in all industry sectors to indentify the opportunity, develop the plans linked to customer business initiatives, technical solution design, negotiate contract and scope, and close the sale. Development of Linux skills in partners.
  2. Linux Marketing. Press relationship. Definition and implementation of marketing tatics, events planing.
  3. Strong communication skills. I travelled the world meeting clients, academics etc, presenting and explaining concepts as Open Source, Linux, Web 2.0, Grid, Cloud Computing, Open Standards, SOA, Web Services, etc.

  3. Member of IBM Internet Coordination Council, which defines IBM global security strategy and voice on the Internet. Responsible for Internet security of IBM Brazil.
  4. Systems administration, specially UNIX. Administration of Web Servers, FTP, Sendmail, POP, DNS. Port and packaging of several GNU software and libraries, including GCC, BIND, SSH, Sendmail, Socks etc. Works with IBM's Net.Commerce and SET Technology, Load Balancers, AFS, DCE/DFS. Development of scripts and automations in C, Shell and Perl. Introduction of Linux in IBM Brazil.

  Creation of a "Redbook" (deep technical manual about IBM products, ibm.com/redbooks) explaining the integration of all components of WebSphere, including AFS, WebTraffic Express, Apache, WebSphere Application Server etc.

  One of the biggest Internet Service Providers in Brazil. Systems administration, specially Solaris and Linux. Works and ports of various free and Internet software, Databases, DNS, Sendmail, Radius, POP. Development of the Intranet and several CGIs in Perl, Shell and C.
